Starting a family is one of life’s most rewarding experiences.

Starting a family is one of life’s
most rewarding experiences.

It’s also one of the most challenging.

It’s also one of the
most challenging.

2500+

Couples have on average 2500+ arguments in the first 12 months of
starting a family.

20%

Approximately 20% of couples
split up in the first 12 months
after having a newborn.

77%

Unfortunately, 77% of new
parents don’t seek guidance or
help when forming their family.

So many of us come from dysfunctional or broken
homes, carrying childhood and generational traumas
that can surface when we start our own families.

Yet, many new families believe they’re the only ones who experience these problems.

In today’s world, nuclear families live in isolation, without a strong support system.

In fact, 3 out of every 4 parents won’t ask for help out of fear of judgement, shame or guilt.

We Believe Community is in Our Nature

We’re not meant to navigate family life in isolation

Yet, so often, moms and dads feel alone as they navigate parenthood together.

Community is medicine for the soul, and necessary in developing healthy families!

The Family Tree is a Community
of Families Helping Families.

We believe in order to change the world, we must focus on those who will inherit it.

How we help:

Conflict Management

Couples benefit from calls on conflict management - helping change the way we look at conflict to reframe it as an opportunity for reflection, growth and greater intimacy.

Non-violent Communication

Workshops on non-violent communication give us the tools necessary to navigate tense moments and learn the process of introspection through our communication, growing empathy
and compassion
in our relationships.

Love & Intimacy for Parents

Focused on redefining love & intimacy during parenthood - to ensure not only does the flame not extinguish….  but that it grows
stronger & stronger.

Mothers Circles

Mom’s come together to share their joys and struggles and support each other in whatever way is needed.

Mom’s that are navigating difficult postpartum challenges are contained in a space where they can feel safe sharing their complex emotions and feel understood by others
who have walked
the path before them.

Family Lineage

We all have a lineage that we hail from, but often struggle to see or interpret its influence on our lives today.

When we become parents, dormant information stored in our subconscious and even attached to our
DNA is awoken.

Here we discuss these matters and learn practical exercises to help choose which influences we want to keep or
gracefully release.

We are all the architects of our own lives, and these calls are designed to clear the negative effects preventing us from designing the life we want.

Father’s Circles

Dad’s come together and share insights into their evolving roles as Fathers, learn new ways to foster connection with their partners and children, and hold each other accountable to their goals of being
pillars for their families.

Testimonials

Brooke Johnson

When Natalie enters a space - the first thing I notice are her wings. Her presence and support during our pregnancy and birth was nothing short of angelic. She understands how to navigate a family dynamic in ways that creates harmony. She nourished our bellies, our hearts and our souls. I felt at peace when she lended her support. Natalie embodies light and love and supports a beautiful birthing experience. Most importantly -- she has a killer double hip squeeze that helped me ride the waves of the birthing energy! We are forever grateful for
her love & support!

Reiman, entrepreneur and storyteller

Rebecca’s counseling has been essential to me being able to envision the life that has grown these past three years in our beautiful community. Her trustworthy guidance and critical questions gave me the faith and clarity I needed to transform my life inside and out, and I meet that life with more gratitude and joy every day. She holds space with absolute integrity and trust, and she is gifted in seeing who someone truly is beneath any layers of conditioning or patterning holding them back from their true nature — a free, authentic and happy human being. I thank Becca from the depths of my heart for helping me, too, see that happiness and freedom.

Peter W. Choate, MSW

Heart Centered Therapy successfully transforms the multi-generational patterns that keep families unhealthy.

I have seen powerful changes occurring with HCT in clients who have failed to make progress through more traditional therapies.

Personal relationships can also heal through HCT.

People become closer and marriages become more joyful, including my own.

Caileigh

I wish I had the words to describe what an incredible experience it was working with Naya. I had been craving some sort of ceremony after the birth of my first child, and hadn't found anything that felt right for me. I found pregnancy, childbirth & new motherhood deeply transformative and challenging, but without a way to truly mark the significance, or talk about the intense highs and lows of this new phase. But this was a beautiful space to feel nurtured, held, listened to and encouraged. I feel like so many birthing folks need something like this in their lives. After my session I felt so much more in my body, at peace and heard. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

Josh Friedman,
independent journalist

Becca has assisted me tremendously over the years, largely in helping uplift me out of personal funks and putting me on a path to realize my potential and the life I want to live. Becca has also been a professional I have turned to for couples counseling and trying to navigate relationship challenges I have experienced. Whether I'm just hitting some bumps in the road or am dealing with an unraveling relationship, I have a sense of comfort in knowing I can turn to Becca for a voice of reason and sensible mediation that will carefully balance the interests
of both parties.

Chris Howard

Working with Alaya is not something to be described in words. It encompasses so much more than words can articulate. Alaya is one of the gentlest, softest people I know. Her heart is so big, deep and wide.

What I love about Alaya is that she holds you ever so gently with zero judgment and guides you to see your truth.  We are always on the road back to love.

When working with Alaya you feel her love so deep.  You are able to rest in her safety as you explore all your protection and defenses that hold you back from living your best life.I look forward to each and every session.

My life changed forever and I am so grateful.— Alaya has led our hearts back to the gates of heaven and love. She showed us the way to reopen our hearts and keep them open in every encounter. Keep them open for ourselves and thus also for the other person.Alaya is a great treasure for us and for the world. With all our love,

Marwen

Natalie was a big support. She guided us with a plan that eased our daily routine prior to our birthing experience. She responded to our needs without us asking. She knew exactly when we needed to be nourished. She stood like a flower in the middle of our moments of anxious frustration. She gave us calming words and brought our attention to what really mattered. She helped us get into the bubble of enjoying having a baby. She has the skills that can help a couple understand the layers involved in becoming parents. Natalie we love you! Thank you for being such a special human being.

Becca’s commitment to personal integrity has always inspired me, along with her passion to find harmonious solutions in difficult situations, and to co-create a better world for all of us. Becca is adept in guiding individuals and large groups through words, touch, breath, and conscious movement…always leading from the heart and offering a safe and sacred container for healing.

Maria, Vancouver BC

During the full moon, I came to one of Liliya’s women’s circles. It was beautifully organized and filled with incredible energy. From start to finish, everything flowed beautifully and Liliya seamlessly adapted the exercises to the group.

It was such an opening and unique experience, which had an obvious impact on every woman involved.

Later, I signed up for one of her 1:1 sessions. Without exaggeration, it was one of the most profound experiences of my life. It was unlike any deep meditation I’ve done, it felt like something out of this world. I received so much clarity, removed blockages and came out as a new person.

I am so grateful for this experience.

Liliya is incredibly gifted and a master of her craft.

Celena du Nord

Becca attended my birth in 2011 and accompanied me as a doula. She was such a great listener from the start, always receptive and accommodating. She brought me comfort and support through my pregnancy, but even more so during the birthing process. Without her, I most probably would not have had a home birth, I am forever grateful for her precious encouragement filled with love and compassion.

Luanne Olson, DPT

As a seasoned practitioner who is a course junkie, collecting techniques from wonderful mentors.

My favorite techniques are from the Chikly's. I use them the most often and the people I treat think that I have great hands.

The Chikly's cover both the academic problem solving and the heart.

I couldn’t be happier taking all of their coursework. Thanks to both of them.

Dr. Daniel Pugh, osteopath

Mark, England

I feel the work really helped me to ground and integrate a lot of confused feelings in my life. I also wanted to say that I find the way Liliya holds space to be truly inspiring. Even imagining being in her energy makes me feel safe and held and has allowed me the space to be vulnerable in a new way.

Osha, NC

Liliya is a very strong, gifted and sensitive space holder that creates a container of deep listening, higher guidance and mutual trust. In sessions together I've had many valuable insights and experienced powerful healing. I was able to move past major issues that were holding me back. I also gained deeper insight into my life's purpose and more clarity on the direction I am choosing to move in my life.
